Holiday Rental High Season
(1 December –– 31 January) $1000.00 per week + bond $250.00.

Bed & Breakfast style accommodation
(includes Continental Breakfast and linen) $175.00 per night.

Off Peak Specials:
2 nights at $175 per night plus 1 night complimentary stay.

Short Term Rental:
(2-3 months), fully furnished is also available –– weekly rental to be negotiated.

For your convenience, all rates include a complimentary 2 hour clean on departure.
All other seasonal prices available upon application.

The prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are based on a twin share basis. These prices are intended as a guide only and are subject to variation without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 28 days before occupancy – If the booking is cancelled more than 28 days before occupancy, a full refund will be issued (minus an administration fee of $60.00).

Between 14 & 28 days before occupancy – Deposit will be forfeited, and any other balance refunded in full.

Between 1 & 14 days before occupancy – Full tariff amount will be forfeited. Bond will be refunded.

If the property is fully re-let all monies paid will be refunded, less an administration fee of $60.00.
